How to find out what the Web 2.0 is?

You have probably read many discussions about Web 2.0, haven't you? And haven't you still known what it is? Don't be disapointed. Nobody knows that. :-) James Britt had a great idea how to solve this definition problem. He made a simple application which is able to get you the answer. It's Web 2.0 validator. You can check here if your web is web 2.0 compatible or not.

And who makes the validator's rules? It's not the author of validator but you can do it. How? Read its full story.
