An ICQ anniversary

Let us celebrate, let us have a fun. November, 17th 1996 is a day of birth of the most popular instant messaging program called ICQ - I Seek You. I suppose there is nobody who does not know the ICQ. The 160 milions users can celebrate today and ICQ is already 7 years old. The number 7 is a lucky number in my eyes and I wish ICQ all the best in the future.
